A BILL
To amend the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 to repeal restrictions on offshore wind leasing.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Nonrestrictive Offshore Wind Act'' or the ``NOW Act''.
SEC. 2. REPEAL OF OFFSHORE WIND LEASING RESTRICTIONS.
Paragraph (2) of section 50265(b) of Public Law 117-169 (43 U.S.C. 3006(b)) is repealed. <all>
