Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Nonrestrictive Offshore Wind Act'' or the ``NOW Act''. SEC. 2. REPEAL OF OFFSHORE WIND LEASING RESTRICTIONS. Paragraph (2) of section 50265(b) of Public Law 117-169 (43 U.S.C. 3006(b)) is repealed. <all>
