Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. PROHIBITION ON BIG CYPRESS NATIONAL PRESERVE DESIGNATION AS WILDERNESS. Big Cypress National Preserve may not be designated as wilderness or as a component of the National Wilderness Preservation System. <all>
