Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Medicare IVIG Access Enhancement Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. EXPANDING COVERAGE OF THE IN-HOME ADMINISTRATION OF INTRAVENOUS IMMUNE GLOBULIN UNDER THE MEDICARE PROGRAM. (a) In General.--Section 1861 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395x) is amended-- (1) in subsection (s)(2)(Z), by inserting ``(and, beginning January 1, 2027, for the treatment of chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy and multifocal motor neuropathy)'' after ``primary immune deficiency diseases''; and (2) in subsection (zz), by inserting ``(or, beginning January 1, 2027, with diagnosed chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy and multifocal motor neuropathy)'' after ``primary immune deficiency disease''. (b) Authority for Variance in Payments.--Section 1842(o)(8) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395u(o)(8)) is amended by inserting ``and may vary depending on whether such administration is related to treatment of a primary immune deficiency disease or the treatment of chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy or multifocal motor neuropathy (as determined appropriate by the Secretary through notice and comment rulemaking)'' after ``of 2012''. <all>
