R. 2376 To nullify the Henry Mountains and Fremont Gorge Travel Management Plan. _______________________________________________________________________ IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES March 26, 2025 Ms. Maloy introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Natural Resources _______________________________________________________________________ A BILL To nullify the Henry Mountains and Fremont Gorge Travel Management Plan. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. NULLIFICATION OF HENRY MOUNTAINS AND FREMONT GORGE TMP. The Secretary of the Interior shall not implement, administer, or enforce the decision record titled ``Decision Record Henry Mountains and Fremont Gorge Travel Management Plan'' published by the Bureau of Land Management and dated January 2025, and such decision record shall have no force or effect. <all>
