Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Workers' Memorial Day''. SEC. 2. WORKERS' MEMORIAL DAY. Section 6103(a) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by inserting after the item relating to Washington's Birthday, the following: ``Workers' Memorial Day.''. <all>
