Ms. Elfreth) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the 
Committee on Natural Resources

A BILL

To amend title 54, United States Code, to extend funding for the 
Historic Preservation Fund.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ``Historic Preservation Fund 
Reauthorization Act''.

SEC. 2. EXTENSION OF HISTORIC PRESERVATION FUND.

Section 303102 of title 54, United States Code, is amended by 
striking ``2023, $150,000,000'' and inserting ``2035, $250,000,000''.
