Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Traffic Safety Enhancement Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. SURFACE TRANSPORTATION BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM. Section 133(b) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(25) Construction of roundabouts.''. <all>
