Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Bridge Investment and Modernization Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. BRIDGE INVESTMENT PROGRAM. (a) Extension of Authorization for Bridge Investment Program.-- Section 11101(b)(1)(A) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117-58) is amended by striking clauses (i) through (v) and inserting the following: ``(i) $3,047,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; ``(ii) $3,127,000,000 for fiscal year 2028; ``(iii) $3,147,000,000 for fiscal year 2029; ``(iv) $3,197,000,000 for fiscal year 2030; and ``(v) $3,247,000,000 for fiscal year 2031.''. (b) Bridge Selection Streamlining.--Section 124(c)(5) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking subparagraph (B). <all>
