A BILL
To amend the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act to reauthorize certain programs, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. REAUTHORIZATION OF CERTAIN PROGRAMS.
(a) Swimming Pool Safety Grant Program.--Section 1405(e) of the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act (15 U.S.C. 8004(e)) is amended by striking ``for fiscal year 2023'' and inserting ``for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2027''.
(b) Education and Awareness Program.--Section 1407(b) of the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act (15 U.S.C. 8006(b)) is amended by striking ``for fiscal year 2023'' and inserting ``for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2027''. <all>
