Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Restoring Essential Healthcare Act''. SEC. 2. REPEALING PROHIBITION ON MEDICAID PAYMENTS TO CERTAIN ENTITIES. Section 71113 of Public Law 119-21 is repealed, and, in the case of any items or services furnished as medical assistance under a State plan (or a waiver of such plan) under title XIX of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396 et seq.) by a prohibited entity (as defined in subsection (b)(1) of such section 71113) during the period beginning on the date of enactment of Public Law 119-21 and ending on the date of enactment of this section, payment for such items and services shall be made as if such section 71113 had not been enacted into law. <all>
