A BILL
To amend Public Law 119-21 to repeal certain changes to provider taxes under the Medicaid program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Protect Our Hospitals Act''.
SEC. 2. REPEALING CHANGES TO MEDICAID PROVIDER TAXES.
Section 71115 of Public Law 119-21 is repealed, and the provisions of law amended by such section are restored as if such section had not been enacted into law. <all>
