Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Federal Ordinance Requiring Kitchenware Specifically Made in America Permanency Act of 2025'' or the ``FORKS Made in America Permanency Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. ELIMINATION OF SUNSET PROVISION. Section 842 of the Servicemember Quality of Life Improvement and National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025 (Public Law 118-159; 10 U.S.C. 4862 note) is amended by striking subsection (c). <all>
