R. 4828 To amend title 18, United States Code, to include additional items within the definition of ``restricted personal information''. _______________________________________________________________________ IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES July 29, 2025 Mr. Williams of Texas (for himself, Mrs. Luna, Mr. Babin, Ms. Letlow, Mrs. Miller of Illinois, and Mr. Moore of Alabama) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary _______________________________________________________________________ A BILL To amend title 18, United States Code, to include additional items within the definition of ``restricted personal information''. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Blue Shield Privacy Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. ADDITIONAL ITEMS INCLUDED WITHIN DEFINITION OF ``RESTRICTED PERSONAL INFORMATION''. Section 119(b) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking ``or home fax number of,'' and inserting ``home fax number, license plate number, biometric information, workplace address, school address, or global positioning system coordinates of,''. <all>
