Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Union Participation for All Act''. SEC. 2. REPEAL OF PROHIBITION AGAINST CERTAIN PERSONS HOLDING OFFICES IN LABOR ORGANIZATIONS. (a) In General.--Section 504 of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (29 U.S.C. 504) is repealed. (b) Conforming Amendment.--Section 401(e) of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (29 U.S.C. 481(e)) is amended by striking ``to section 504 and''. <all>
