Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Ending Presidential Overreach on Public Lands Act''. SEC. 2. NATIONAL MONUMENTS. Section 320301 of title 54, United States Code (commonly referred to as the ``Antiquities Act''), is amended to read as follows: ``Sec. 320301. National monuments ``The establishment or extension of a national monument may be undertaken only by express authorization of Congress.''. <all>
