A BILL
To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to modify the definition of unauthorized alien.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Domestic Jobs Protection Act''.
SEC. 2. DEFINITION OF UNAUTHORIZED ALIEN.
Section 274A(h)(3) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1324a(h)(3)) is amended by striking ``or by the Attorney General''. <all>
