Mr. Downing (for himself, Mr. Donalds, Mr. Davidson, Mr. Stutzman, Mr. Carter of Georgia, and Mr. Moore of Alabama) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Education and Workforce, and in addition to the Committee on Financial Services, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

A BILL
To codify Executive Order 14330 (relating to democratizing access to alternative assets for 401(k) investors).
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Retirement Investment Choice Act''.
SEC. 2. CODIFICATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER 14330.
Executive Order 14330 (90 Fed. Reg. 38921; relating to democratizing access to alternative assets for 401(k) investors) shall have the force and effect of law. <all>
