Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Keep America Building Act''. SEC. 2. CONTINUITY OF CONTRACTS. No Federal funds may be used to suspend, delay, or interrupt all or part of the work of a project under a contract during any lapse in appropriations or stop all or any part of the work agreed to in such contract. <all>
