Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Puerto Rico Substance Use and Health Data Collection Act''. SEC. 2. INCLUSION OF PUERTO RICO IN NATIONAL SURVEY ON DRUG USE AND HEALTH. Section 505(d) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290aa- 4(d)) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(3) Inclusion of puerto rico.--Beginning with fiscal year 2026, annual surveys carried out under this section shall include Puerto Rico.''. <all>
