Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Communities Before Air Tourism Act''. SEC. 2. PARK PROTECTION. Section 40128(b)(7) of title 49, United States Code, is amended-- (1) in subparagraph (B) by striking ``or the air traffic control system'' and inserting ``, the air traffic control system, or the well-being of communities overflown by aircraft involved in such commercial air tour operations''; and (2) in subparagraph (C) by inserting ``any community whose lands are, or may be, and'' before ``any Indian tribe''. <all>
