A BILL

To prohibit Federal funds to be used for certain abortion services.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ``No Taxpayer Funded Abortion Travel 
for Illegal Aliens Act''.

SEC. 2. PROHIBITING FEDERAL FUNDS TO BE USED FOR CERTAIN ABORTION 
SERVICES.

(a) Prohibition.--No Federal funds may be used to assist an illegal 
alien in accessing covered abortion services.
(b) Definitions.--In this section:
(1) Covered abortion services.--The term ``covered abortion 
services'' includes any expense related to accessing an 
abortion service, including--
(A) travel to or from the location where the 
abortion services are provided;
(B) lodging;
(C) meals;
(D) childcare;
(E) translation services;
(F) doula care; and
(G) patient education and information services.
(2) Illegal alien.--The term ``illegal alien'' means an 
alien (as such term is defined in section 101 of the 
Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101)) who is--
(A) inadmissible under paragraph (6)(A), (6)(C), or 
(7) of section 212(a) of the Immigration and 
Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1182(a)); or
(B) deportable under subparagraph (B) or (C) of 
section 237(a)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality 
Act (8 U.S.C. 1227(a)(1)).
