Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``El Paso Air Traffic Control Tower Modernization Act''. SEC. 2. APPROPRIATION FOR AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER. There are hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sums as may be necessary for the replacement of the El Paso Air Traffic Control Tower at the El Paso International Airport in El Paso, Texas. <all>
