Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Sunset To Reform Section 230 Act''. SEC. 2. SUNSET. Section 230 of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 230) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(g) Sunset.--This section shall have no force or effect after December 31, 2026.''. <all>
