Mrs. Houchin introduced the following bill; which was referred to the 
Committee on Oversight and Government Reform

A BILL

To codify Executive Order 14243 (relating to stopping waste, fraud, and 
abuse by eliminating information silos).

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ``Eliminating Information Silos Act of 
2025''.

SEC. 2. CODIFICATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER 14243.

Executive Order 14243 (90 Fed. Reg. 13681; relating to stopping 
waste, fraud, and abuse by eliminating information silos) shall have 
the force and effect of law.
