Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``People's White House Historic Preservation Act''. SEC. 2. INAPPLICABILITY OF DIVISION. Section 307104 of title 54, United States Code, is amended-- (1) by striking ``the White House or its grounds''; and (2) by striking ``, or'' and inserting ``or''. <all>
