R. 6892 To authorize the Secretary of the Treasury to subscribe to additional shares of the capital stock of the Inter-American Investment Corporation. _______________________________________________________________________ IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES December 18, 2025 Ms. Salazar introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Financial Services _______________________________________________________________________ A BILL To authorize the Secretary of the Treasury to subscribe to additional shares of the capital stock of the Inter-American Investment Corporation. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SUBSCRIPTION TO ADDITIONAL SHARES OF CAPITAL STOCK OF THE INTER-AMERICAN INVESTMENT CORPORATION. (a) In General.--The Secretary of the Treasury may subscribe on behalf of the United States to not more than an additional 25,124 shares of the capital stock of the Inter-American Investment Corporation. (b) Limitation.--Any subscription to such additional shares shall be effective only to such extent or in such amounts as are provided in advance by appropriations Acts. <all>
