R. 7476 To amend the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act to reauthorize certain water infrastructure grants, and for other purposes. _______________________________________________________________________ IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES February 10, 2026 Mr. Taylor introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Agriculture _______________________________________________________________________ A BILL To amend the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act to reauthorize certain water infrastructure grants, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Water Infrastructure Assistance Reauthorization Act''. SEC. 2. WATER, WASTE DISPOSAL, AND WASTEWATER FACILITY GRANTS. Section 306(a)(2)(B)(vii) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1926(a)(2)(B)(vii)) is amended by striking ``2019 through 2023'' and inserting ``2026 through 2031''. <all>
