Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Fair Future Act''. SEC. 2. AMENDMENT. Section 807(b) of the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 3607(b)) is amended-- (1) by striking paragraph (4); and (2) by redesignating paragraph (5) as paragraph (4). <all>
