Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. TREATMENT OF DATES FOR PROCESSING UNDER MARKETING ORDERS. Section 8e(a) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act (7 U.S.C. 608e- 1(a)), reenacted with amendments by the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, is amended-- (1) by inserting ``including dates for processing,'' after ``dates,''; and (2) by striking ``, other than dates for processing,'' each place it appears. <all>
