Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. LUNAR OUTPOST. Section 70505 of title 51, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: ``(c) Elements.--Not later than December 31, 2030, the Administrator shall seek to establish the initial elements of the lunar outpost referred to in subsection (a).''. <all>
