Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. EXPANSION OF THE SUPREME COURT. Section 1 of title 28, United States Code, is amended-- (1) by striking ``eight'' and inserting ``twelve''; and (2) by striking ``six'' and inserting ``eight''. <all>
