Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. REPEAL OF STATE JURISDICTION OVER CERTAIN OFFENSES COMMITTED ON TRIBAL LANDS IN KANSAS. Section 3243 of title 18, United States Code, is repealed. <all>
