Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``National Guard Relief Act''. SEC. 2. INCLUSION OF NATIONAL GUARD RELIEF FOUNDATION AS A MILITARY WELFARE SOCIETY. Title 10, United States Code, is amended-- (1) in section 1033(b)(2), by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: ``(E) The National Guard Relief Foundation.''; and (2) in section 2566(b)(1), by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: ``(E) The National Guard Relief Foundation.''. <all>
