Mrs. Watson Coleman introduced the following bill; which was referred 
to the Committee on Energy and Commerce

A BILL

To amend title V of the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize the 
Minority Fellowship Program.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ``Minority Fellowship Program 
Reauthorization Act of 2026''.

SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF MINORITY FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM.

Section 597(c) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 
297ll(c)) is amended by inserting ``, and $27,000,000 for each fiscal 
years 2028 through 2032'' after ``2027''.
