Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. MEDICAL STUDENT EDUCATION PROGRAM: MENOPAUSE TRAINING REQUIREMENT. In making a grant to a public institution of higher education under the Medical Student Education program, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Administrator of the Health Resources and Services Administration, shall require, as a condition of the grant, that the institution include training for medical students relating to menopause in the curriculum of such institution for the purpose of better preparing physicians across specialities. <all>
