In plain terms

The Workforce Dignity Act aims to change the term 'sheltered workshop' to 'community rehabilitation program' in various federal laws. This change affects how certain programs for individuals with disabilities are referred to in the Small Business Act, the Internal Revenue Code, the Social Security Act, and other related laws. The bill does not intend to alter the application of these laws, just the terminology used.
