Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Depot Investment Reform Act''. SEC. 2. MODIFICATION OF MINIMUM CAPITAL INVESTMENT FOR CERTAIN DEPOTS OF DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE. Section 2476(a)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking ``the preceding three fiscal years'' and inserting ``the preceding fiscal year, the current fiscal year, and the estimated amount for the following fiscal year''. <all>
