A BILL
To amend title 10, United States Code, to modify the minimum capital investment for certain depots of the Department of Defense, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Depot Investment Reform Act''.
SEC. 2. MODIFICATION OF MINIMUM CAPITAL INVESTMENT FOR CERTAIN DEPOTS OF DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE.
Section 2476(a)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking ``the preceding three fiscal years'' and inserting ``the preceding fiscal year, the current fiscal year, and the estimated amount for the following fiscal year''. <all>
