Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Community Law Enforcement Authority Restoration Act of 2025'' or the ``CLEAR Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. INVALIDING FOREST SERVICE RULE RELATING TO CRIMINAL PROHIBITIONS. (a) In General.--The rule of the Forest Service entitled ``Law Enforcement; Criminal Prohibitions'' (89 Fed. Reg. 92808 (November 25, 2024)) shall have no force or effect. (b) Implementation.--The Secretary of Agriculture shall not administer, implement, or enforce the rule described in subsection (a) or any substantially similar rule. <all>
