Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Intelligence Community Inspector General Parity Act of 2026''. SEC. 2. LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY. (a) In General.--Section 103H of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 3033) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(p) Law Enforcement Authority.--The provisions of section 406(f) of title 5, United States Code, shall apply with respect to the Office of the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community.''. (b) Conforming Amendment.--Section 406(f)(3) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by inserting ``the Office of the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community,'' before ``and the Tennessee Valley Authority''. <all>
