Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Port Modernization and Supply Chain Protection Act''. SEC. 2. DREDGING; DREDGED MATERIAL. (a) Repeal.--Section 55109 of title 46, United States Code, is repealed. (b) Excluding Dredged Material From Transportation Requirements.-- Section 55110 of title 46, United States Code, is amended-- (1) in the section heading, by striking ``or dredged material''; and (2) by striking ``or dredged material''. <all>
