All three promised actions occurred during the 2017-2021 term. Trump directed U.S. withdrawal from the Trans-Pacific Partnership on January 23, 2017, his first business day in office; NAFTA was renegotiated as the USMCA, which entered into force July 1, 2020; and the Treasury Department formally designated China a currency manipulator on August 5, 2019. The currency designation came well after the promise's 100-day window and was lifted in January 2020 alongside the Phase One trade deal, but each promised action was in fact taken.
