“We proudly stand for families and Life. We believe that the 14th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States guarantees that no person can be denied Life or Liberty without Due Process, and that the States are, therefore, free to pass Laws protecting those Rights. After 51 years, because of us, that power has been given to the States and to a vote of the People. We will oppose Late Term Abortion, while supporting mothers and policies that advance Prenatal Care, access to Birth Control, and IVF (fertility treatments).”

The 2024 platform plank pledged to leave abortion law to the states while opposing late-term abortion and supporting prenatal care, birth-control access, and IVF. Abortion regulation has remained with the states through July 2026, and Trump signed Executive Order 14216 on February 18, 2025 directing policies to protect IVF access and reduce out-of-pocket costs. However, his administration froze Title X family-planning grants for more than a dozen grantees during 2025 and reoriented the program's 2026 funding criteria away from contraception, which runs against the plank's birth-control-access component, and no significant prenatal-care initiative has emerged. Delivery is genuinely mixed across the plank's parts.
