Both cited sources are reachable, PRIMARY, and directly document the promised outcome. (1) The official U.S. Senate roll call for the 117th Congress, 2nd Session, Vote #170 (May 11, 2022) records the vote on "Cloture on the Motion to Proceed" to S. 4132, the Women's Health Protection Act; the measure failed 49-51 and the roll shows "Warren (D-MA), Yea" exactly as quoted. Voting Yea on cloture to advance the bill is the operative Senate "vote for" the measure. (2) Warren's official Senate press release dated May 10, 2022 contains the cited sentence "...that is why I will vote to support the Women's Health Protection Act." verbatim (preceded by "And" in the original — a faithful substring, not fabricated), and also shows her calling on the Senate to pass the bill "to enshrine the right to an abortion in federal law." She therefore both voted for the bill and worked to pass it via floor advocacy — precisely what the promise asked.
