Blackburn's official gubernatorial campaign site ('Meet Marsha - Marsha for Governor') contains the pledge verbatim: 'She'll keep Tennesseans safe by supporting President Trump's mass deportations and removing ineffective, do-nothing, Soros-funded District Attorneys.' The Senate press release verbatim contains 'We need to be fully funding our police departments...' and criticizes opponents for 'pushing to defund the police.' No invented, broken, or misquoted source was found.
