S.J.Res.14 (118th Congress), confirmed via congress.gov and the govinfo.gov bill text, was sponsored by 'LEE (for himself and Mr. GRASSLEY),' introduced Feb 16, 2023, and referred to the Judiciary Committee; it requires an annually balanced federal budget, an 18%-of-GDP/GNP spending cap, and supermajorities to raise taxes or the debt limit.
