Two of the three cited sources are fully reachable and their quotes appear verbatim: (1) Van Hollen's Senate press release (PRIMARY) contains "With the inclusion in the Continuing Resolution of our Baltimore BRIDGE Relief Act, Congress is now committed to covering the full cost..." and "100 percent federal funding for the replacement of the bridge"; (2) CBS News Baltimore (REPUTABLE_SECONDARY) confirms the House 366-34 and Senate 85-11 votes and Gov. Moore's quote about Congress agreeing to "support 100% of the cost share to rebuild the Key Bridge," and independently calls Van Hollen "one of the key forces in pushing Congress to approve the federal funding."
