Fully KeptFact-checker reviewConfidence: 82%

All three cited sources were fetched and verify the FULL rating. (1) Senate.gov roll call 119-1-00577 is confirmed as the Mooty III district-judge confirmation (66-32); the record shows Alsobrooks voting Nay, and the quoted nomination text appears verbatim — a primary-source instance of the promised opposition. (2) The Demand Justice tracker's core claim (Alsobrooks confirming Trump judicial nominees 0% of the time, 0 of 48) is independently corroborated by web search, which also contrasts her with Democrats who confirmed at least one nominee — the 0/48 figure is real, not a fetch artifact. (3) The New Republic headline matches verbatim and its full list of the 13 crossover Democrats does NOT include Alsobrooks, correctly supporting that she held the line. Outcome is correctly FULL, not CHAMPIONED: she holds no Judiciary Committee seat and led no legislative drive — only consistent floor opposition. FULL over PARTIAL is warranted because she opposed 48/48 Trump judicial nominees, so blanket opposition necessarily encompasses every anti-abortion-rights nominee, and there is no counterexample of her confirming one. The rating honestly flags that it relies on the well-supported characterization of Trump's Federalist-Society pipeline rather than a per-nominee abortion-stance audit, and appropriately caps confidence at 0.82 given her still-early tenure. No source was unreachable, no quote was fabricated, and the outcome does not overstate the evidence.
