All three cited sources verify and support a FULL rating for the promise "Push to restore Trump-era pro-growth economic policies." (1) The Senate roll call (Vote 372, July 1, 2025) confirms Ricketts (R-NE) voted Yea on H.R. 1, which passed 50-50 with a VP tiebreak; H.R. 1 (the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, signed July 4, 2025) extended and made permanent the 2017 Trump/TCJA tax cuts. (2) The Ricketts Senate press release confirms verbatim that he named extending the Trump tax cuts as a top 2025 Budget Committee priority. (3) The Nebraska Examiner article confirms he publicly touted those votes as delivering "the largest tax cut in American history." That is exactly the promised action (pushing to restore Trump-era pro-growth policy) and it succeeded, so FULL is warranted. Correctly NOT CHAMPIONED: the evidence shows a supportive Budget Committee member, reliable vote, and public advocate — not personal authorship or leadership of the reconciliation package, which was driven by leadership (Thune, Crapo, Graham).
