(1) The June 24, 2025 fetterman.senate.gov release confirms Fetterman "joined the entire Senate Democratic caucus in introducing the Women's Health Protection Act of 2025, legislation to guarantee access to abortion across the country," with his statement "We must restore abortion access nationwide" — documenting continued codification work into the next Congress. (2) The July 20, 2023 fetterman.senate.gov release verifies verbatim his quote leading the Convenient Contraception Act: "I am proud to lead this first of its kind legislation to expand equitable access to contraceptives... I will continue fighting to expand contraceptive access and protect reproductive freedom" — direct evidence of fighting for reproductive freedom, with genuine leadership.
