Haley Stevens as one of six co-lead introducers of the Improving Medicare Coverage Act (H.R. 5165, 117th Congress), which lowers the Medicare eligibility age from 65 to 60 — a direct Medicare-expansion approach distinct from Medicare for All. Stevens provided an on-record quote endorsing the bill. Her own House office press release (primary) confirms she voted for the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Enhancement Act, which empowered Medicare to negotiate drug prices. The eligibility-age bill did not become law, so FULL is not appropriate; being a named co-lead introducer with a quoted endorsement (not just a supporting vote) satisfies CHAMPIONED. The same standard would yield CHAMPIONED for a Republican co-lead of an equivalent-scale expansion bill in their platform.
